Yesterday I went to walk to El Morado Natural Monument, a protected area that has a trail leading to the San Francisco Glacier.
Solo ingresé un tercio del camino ya que la ruta completa dura seis horas. La foto está tomada en el sector llamado Aguas Panimávidas. Acá comienza este valle que conduce a la laguna y al glaciar.
I did only one third of the way, the full path to the glacier take six hours. The picture was taken in the area called Aguas Panimávidas. Here begins the valley leading to the lake and the glacier.
To get to this point the route climbs constantly by an demarcated trail. In the center of the photo is the area of Lo Valdes.
