Una vez que el trigo a sido pisoteado por las yeguas los hombres remueven la paja para que ellas pasen por segunda vez y el grano vaya cayendo al suelo. Los hombres con sus horquetas van caminando en el circulo haciendo círculos concentricos cada vez mayores para abarcar todo el terreno.
Once the wheat has been trampled by mares the men remove the straw to let the horses pass a second time and the grain will fall to the ground. Men with their pitchforks are walking in the circle by increasing concentric circles to cover the whole terrain.
