Sometimes you have to disassemble everything to overcome any problems. Now I reset the entire motor system to add a gear to slow the winch drum. Also the motor is mounted on a pivot to self-regulate the pressure on the worm gear.

At the same time I am preparing a winch with a servo system in case the first fails.Otra mejora son estas dos poleas para poner un cable de retorno. No sé si el ascensor original tiene un cable de retorno pero an mi caso va a ayudar a evitar descarrilamientos.
Another improvement are this two pulleys to put a return cable. I don't know if the original funicular has a return cable but an my case it will help to prevent a derailment.
